TULIP’s Expansion Plans

  • We are in the process of acquiring a plot land to relocate and expand the school. Our current premises are heavily congested, which is not conducive for learning and ministry operations.
  • We have identified a plot of land that is appropriate for the purposes of TULIP. But we need a huge capital boost to be able to acquire and develop it.
  • If we are able to relocate to the new property we shall be able not only to provide a good environment for learning and discipleship, we will also be able to take in many more girls. Currently we have had to turn down many girls that wanted to join our Form one class because we do not have the space.
  • We will also be able to jumpstart and grow our parents empowerment initiatives like a micro-finance project, quilt and beading, sewing project.

TULIP also receives and hosts volunteers from Kenya and abroad who are interested in venturing or experiencing community development initiatives, especially among the underprivileged. Such volunteers have included teams from the USA through Nairobi Chapel partner churches such as the Falls church, Chapel Hill, South brook among others. In partnership with Fellowship of Christian Unions (FOCUS) Kenya, TULIP is hosting a three months term for four Norwegian High school graduates on an exchange program

TULIP works at 4 levels.
